The Let Us Dream Conference, hosted by the University of Louisiana Monroe, will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Bayou Pointe Event Centre, Monroe, LA. The theme of the conference is “Building Sustainable Communities through Collaborative Approaches to Food Security & Nutrition.” It will bring together community members, organisations, and stakeholders to discuss and share strategies for strengthening food security and nutrition through cooperative and sustainable practices. The event is sponsored by Centric Federal Credit Union, followed by a networking reception at 12:00 p.m. sponsored by St. Francis Health. Registration is free and available at ulm.edu/letusdream
